Thank You for visiting our website. Hi, I'm Cindy Dinh. I have been in the day spa industry for over 10 years. After many years of experience, many of my clients have suggested I open my own studio with the high quality of service I provide them. I recently had the courage and confident to put together a winning formula and have decided to pursue this dream. When I started this journey of opening my own studio, I wanted to accomplish these goals.
Excellent Quality of Service
We want to ensure that manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, waxing and all services we provide are of the highest quality. We spend careful time after hours training our staff members the Cindy way. All services must be met with the highest level of detail. We spend much time researching online and surveys to ensure that we provide one hundred and ten percent.
Excellent Customer Service
We all know good customer service can sometimes be difficult to find. At my studio
customer service is the highest priority. We understand the impact of a bad experience. It becomes 10
fold by word of mouth. On the other hand, we understand the value of a great experience. This is what
we depend on to keep us in business, word of mouth and repeat clientele. We strive our best to
train our technicians and review feedback from our customers.
We ensure each visit is met by all the enmities of first class experience. We always welcome suggestions and we do our best to pamper and spoil our customers.
Great Convenient Location
When I started this journey, I wanted to ensure I had the best location convenient for my patrons. I believe this was a nice spot for my studio as it conveniently in the same area as many restaurants, parks, shopping centers, apartments. So if you are on the night on the town or running day time errands, this is a very great location for you to stop by.
